Nokia E71 a primit in urma cu aproximativ o luna, un update de firmware. Mai exact 300.21.012.
Aceasta versiune de software ar trebuii sa repare cateva buguri si sa imbunatateasca cateva functii. Surpriza. Nu e chiar asa. Exista destule raportari pe net, despre diferiti utilizatori care dupa aplicarea noului upgrade au avut probleme cu mai multe functii (cele mai multe legate de retelele wireless).
Personal, dupa update am observat urmatoarele probleme:
1. A disparut Nokia Messaging – aplicatia minune care dupa ce ca arata bine, imi tragea mailurile in timp real – si nu o mai gasesc sa o instalez (a disparut fara urma)
2. A disparut magazinul Ovi
3. Au aparut niste icons-uri noi (Facebook si alte din astea)
4. Am instalat gmail si se misca muuult ai greu, aproape inutilizabil
5. Browserul implicit parca se misca mai bine
Sfatul meu : Mai asteptati inainte sa instalati noul firmware. E posibil sa apara niste fix-uri.
Daca totusi tineti neaparat sa il vedeti, faceti backup la tot (memorie interna prin Nokia PC Suite) si card prin Windows Explorer, instalati noul firmware, formatati cardul de memorie, aplicati un factory reset pe telefon, copiati din nou pe card ce aveati inainte si sperati ca a iesit bine.
